Turbo cams alone will not help a N/T car very much. Naturally aspirated engines need much more overlap to raise high rpm VE, turbo engines need as little overlap as possible while still keeping valve open/close events in the right neighborhood.

Building a high powered naturally aspirated engine is more difficult than building a high power engine with a power adder like a turbo system. Intake manifold tuning, porting, light weight parts, high rpm capability and rpm tuned exhausts are all very complex to get right and have work together. Then in the end, you still probably won't be able to make as much power as a stock turbo DSM.
