What is a cheap recir o2 dump and wastegate that I can run. Are there any reliable ones out there that have a good price tag. I just don't see spending over 500 bucks on these 2 things.

Pick one or the other. Are you running your wastegate off the o2 housing I presume? Try contacting any of our vendors and I am sure they can get you setup with a good setup. Punishment Racing has great o2 housings that are priced good.

sbr quoted 300 for o2 recir and 280 for tial. Is that resonable? I was looking for something a little cheaper.

Is there anything on ebay worth looking at?

Honestly I have run ebay o2 housings before with no issues at all. Either contact PR here via PM and ask about a mild steel o2 housing a wastegate. They used to sell that o2 housing for around $150.

Can you point to the ebay o2 you have ran by any chance?

I have run ebay o2 dumps without a problem, what could cause a problem? its just a piece of metal that exhaust flows through. There's nothing mechanical about it. The only thing I'd be concerned with is rust, and you can just paint or powdercoat the ebay one to avoid that. The worst thing I'd think is that you'd have to port it yourself or something like that.

He is needing a wastegate and an o2 housing that recirculates the wastegate.

Hey Adam... do you happen to have a link handy for a v-band flange and clamp that I could weld to my existing DP that would fit that first housing?

EDIT: And a decent but inexpensive WG that fits their flange.

That outlet looks quite a bit smaller than my current E3 O2 housing (could just be the pic). Do you or Justin know if that is the same size as the (HX40) BEP housing outlet?

And...I'm guessing the BEP housing is basically just a stock MHI type housing without the gate... so it would mate right up to this...right?

well I run an ssac wastegate 38mm one and only paid 75 for it brand new. I took the gate apart and checked out the internals of it. Nice solid diaphram and tested it with compressed air. Opened like it was supposed to with I think about 15lbs of air, which was what I have (the 1 bar spring). Very nice looking too. I have run this for over a year now and it holds boost rock solid on a blown 50 trim at 19lbs of boost till 7500 (redline for me). I am really pleased with it, but we will see how it runs when I throw it on my WH1C (basically a HX35) at about 25 lbs of boost and some head mods. I run the external dump o2 housing from PR mild steel which was only about 125 or so. Nice little set up. I have pics of the set up here http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/hangout/290451-my-new-toy.html.

I would run an ebay 02 housing because they're cheap and hold up relatively well, and for the wastegate I would save your pennies for a good ole' reliable tial 38mm.
Just my 2 cents :hellyeah:
