The four first digits on the white connector (4472) are the last four digits of the E2T number for the ECU. Cross-reference those digits with this guide: Eclipse Talon Laser Galant 3000GT Stealth ECU ID Reference

You'll find it to be a 1990 2.0L non-turbo ECU for a vehicle with a manual transmission.

Ok so your saying its a 90NT ECU? Its currently installed in my 91 Talon AWD 2.0t...

...and that's a problem. That it isn't a turbo ECU is pretty obvious as it does not have a knock board.

Does it run? I imagine it would run poorly, if at all.

Yes it starts, it runs, @ full throttle it cuts out like fuel cut. Built motor, 2g MAF, ..

I'm confused on how to tune it. That's why i ripped ECU out to see what kind it was. Cause I was told it was a 2g EPROM black box ..

First step to achieving a proper tune would be to get a proper ECU. The unit you've got will not get you there.
