went to the track the other night and my car overheated really bad on the way home
put a fan on the motor for the night and filled it up with new antifreeze and water then drove it around for a bit then decided to put in my 14b
when pulling the old turbo out i noticed a orangish residue in the turbo where it mounts to the exhaust manifold and where it exists to the o2 housing
i finished the swap and took it around the block then decided i should probably check my plugs and they had the same residue so went to check the compression to see if the head gasket was ok and i got 175-175-170-170 not to bad but what could this be no water in the oil and dont have white smoke
anyone know what could of happened or what is wrong

Good. That'll make its boo-boo all better.
Be ready for your rebuild. Why were you driving an overheated car?

didnt realize it untill 4 blocks from home so i popped my hood (not all the way) then i would get up to speed and then turn off the car and coast i may of had to restart the car 3 times with this method

Yeah, limp home method. Leading cause of having a warped head.

Go drain your oil. Tell us if it looks like chocolate milk.

did a oil change yesterday and it was dark put synthetic back in with the filter change
ran it around today and seems to be fine no overheating or lack of power hopefully i got lucky guess ill find out over the next few days
