what does this light mean??

ok recently this light has came on.on da bottom of my dash that looks like a little house or something its not the check engine light but it comes on then i start smellin a real strong fuel smell inside like my car is runnin super rich..but then it cuts off after awile what does teh light mean any helpl would be great
