What kind of power does this add?

I am about to buy a 1991 GSX that is pretty close to stock but has a evo III manifold, full 3'' turbo back with no cat, and a hard UIC pipe.

What kind of power can I expect from this?

I am not 100% sure to be honest with you. I am going to drive the car later today.

He is asking 1500$. Car is in good shape inside and out but has a problem with the transfer case. However, it comes with a low mileage unit. There is a stage 4 clutch, poly motor mounts, and evo III manifold in the hatch all brand new. Supposedly runs great but clunks every now and then when driving.

I will drive it later.
