alright ive done alot of small things to the car but this is the most noticeable and ive been breaking necks everytime i take it out for a spin, i can fit the 99 eclipse bumper yet because it needs alot of trimming, ive almost there with it but it has taken me alot of time, just want some opinions on my FMIC and general appreance,

my future mods include: paint red, strip the cars interior for drag and roll cage (mainly for looks) i had to wait about 2 weeks to get everything from FMIC, bracket, hoses, pipes and clamps, all these were from different sellers!

o and of course a talon to eclipse conversion that is in process.

Its because it looks a million times better!!!(IMO)
its true, its a million times better looking, and besides alot of people ask why buy a talon and mod it instead of buy a eclipse and leave as is;

well heres the answer: (in equal conditions)

1995 eclipse gsx 5,500-6,500 dollars

1995 talon Tsi AWD: 3,000-4,000 dollars, (mod cost=about 400 dollars= 3,400 = more happy and more money!!!

Looks like the Vader hood from VIS or Seibon. The gauges, hood and the FMIC makes the car look like it's a 400HP car... LOL.
yes its a carbon fiber hood from VIS. all my carbon fiber parts are not for show but for weight reduction, they are painted black. you wont "see" any CF but you will "feel" the difference LOL

you asked for a pic with the bumper on, and i finally finished it to where it fits snug-n-tight

That looks sick, good work man, and I like how you don't have a passenger side mirror, that gives it a little more aggressive/sportier look IMHO

Is the air vent on the hood functional or just cosmetic?
its function for sure, its right above the exhaust manifold/valve cover allowing heat to escape the engine compartment, i have a wire mesh there and i can also cover it up when it rains, with a cover from the inside.
