Alright im thinking :

sbr g-50 turbo external gate
fp race manifold
g series oil return
g series oil feed
o2 housing with dump and wastegate on o2
38mm tial wastegate

Im thinking how that sbr g-50 will perform

The car will be a daily driver.
also what kind of injectors would i need for that kind of setup?

Sounds like a decent setup, besides the turbo. I had a G-50, its basically junk in my opinion. Its an RS49T, and we all know of the problems they have. My hotside seal took a shit after a few thousand miles, right after the 1 year warranty was up.

Did you replace the seal and keep on rolling or swapped turbos then? If you did keep the turbo how did it do after the seal was replaced? I'm asking becaue I have an RS60T w/ 8.5K on it and it's doing just fine. The newer AGP RS turbos seam to be doing fine for everyone. Mine is about a year old.

BTW I see that you have a GT-K turbo:thumb: . I'm REALLY interested in these turbos. How's that doing?

I don't know a whole lot about the G-50 but if you're looking for a good solid 50 trim, just pick up a Scm5031. I've had mine for over a year and have been more than happy with it. No signs of failure and makes power to 30psi, with internal wg.:)

Also, injector wise. I started out with 780's and maxxed them out and now have 880's. The 780's will flow enough for around 24lbs, anything over that will be close to 90+ idc. Get atleast 880's.

780cc injectors have been known to flow enough for well over 500whp at 43.5 psi base and a decent tune. This is at the end of where a 50-trim compressor can flow. 88% idc puts 780s at 530 hp w/ a good 11:1 tune:thumb: This is more than a 50-trim can flow (49 lbs/min). More than 24psi is neccesary when running a stock displacement 4G for this much power. Perhaps you're rev limit is quite high or you have a conservative fuel tune. But either way, 780s can go to the limit of a 50-trim compressor. But, yea, why not go bigger if he can control 780cc injectors properly.

cmptrphreak, since you want to run a blowthru setup, know that a gm maft alone will not do well w/ injectors larger than 650cc. A 50-trim can easily max out such injectors. If you're going to use better fuel control, then skip 750s and 850s and go to 1000cc injectors. They are very similarly priced. No need to buy injectors twice if you want more later and they are jsut as easy to tune as 550s.

Yeah, it was a conservative tune and I'm not exactly sure how conservative.(WB sensor died) I was at ~30lbs, 24deg timing, so I didn't want to take any risks, so I just stepped up to 880's. I would definitely recommend the 1000cc injectors like dsm-onster said, can't go wrong there as long as you have a way to manage them.

I didn't replace the seal, I sold the turbo as is for $200. I was wanting to upgrade anyways.

I love my GT-K.
