Hey guys what’s up I have been battling with this issue for a while with no success in finding what’s wrong however I know what its not. Which is cool.
What do these symptoms sound like?
Engine clicking sound during idle and acceleration really loud (not lifters)
And sort of a squeaking accompanying the clicking sound also very loud.

When in park car idles okay a little above 1000 rpms. When in drive car idles poorly wanting to bog and die.

Car is in really good shape otherwise and has no known mods

All things that checked out okay: alternator, oil pump, turbo, exhaust manifold, boost not leaking and if it is I just haven't found it, battery good, belts good. No smoke of any kind nor is there any fluid leaking from anywhere. Oil pressure is okay, oil level a little low but okay. No cracks found on any exhaust components.

So what do you think?

You're looking for the source of the noise. Find out where it is loudest, head or block. That'll help tell you where the problem is. You can even listen for which cylinder it is coming from, unless it is the timing belt tensioner pully. It can tell you that too though.

After a month or so of crapping around Look at what I found, Just so you know I have decided to put a 6bolt in my automatic buy that kool adaptor and race my car until I brake agian ROFL I pulled all the stuffing out preparing to drop in my rebuilt 6bolt and found these really deep scrathes in the cylinder walls I can feel the uneveness "they are pretty bad in my opinion" What do you think caused this. there wasn't any indication of metal in the oil at least without the use of a magnet.

I would venture into saying maybe it was run low on oil once or more times..?

I didn't listen to the video, but if that knocking is loud enough to hear in the house with water running, sounds like it's 6 bolt time.

Maybe your're right in any case it's getting yanked out soon enough and I suppose I will post some pics of what Im working with to see what you guys think.
