Avoid using the long Bosch 1650cc injectors because they will rust up and run your car lean. Be careful when using Lucus made injectors because they can clog really easy. The filters at the feed side of the Lucus 1000cc and 1200cc injectors are really small. I am not 100% sure but some RC injectors are rebrand Lucus. I am see a lot of issue from these Lucus style injectors with E85.

My friend recently bought a set of Lucus 1200cc from RCI. One of the injector clog up and got stuck close. The was a lot of white deposit inside the filter end of the injectors. I believe the deposit came from the bottom of the gas tank and are released when you switch to e85. He is running a 20 micron stainless steel pre-pump filter and a 20 micron stainless steel after pump filter. I believe a 10 micron paper filter will do a better job and help to resolve the clog injector issue.

Delphi made injectors like the PTE seem to hold up better base on my experience. I have not seen one injector go bad after prolong exposure to e85. I believe some of the FIC (Fuel Injector Clinic) are rebrand Delphi injectors.

You my friend have made me think twice about getting Lucas injectors! I was planning on getting a set but i saw some review's on them from other owners non-to-swell....back to topic....good advice!

Bigger injectors for sure. Most of all you'll need an additive to lubricate the metal parts so specially the injectors wont clog. I sell a lot of fuel injectors to Brazil and they use alcohol, not a lot of problems there. But for tuning concerns you'll need about 25/30% more fuel with ethanol compared to gasoline.
