I love the front vent you made for the fmic. How did youmake it, an do you have more pics of ityou could post? and did you cut the side for the piping?
I'm not sure what your talking about here, I didn't make a vent for my FMIC? I did have to cut the driverside portion of the bumper to clear the IC piping.

Maybe circle the vent you are asking about that I made?

installed my rebuilt control arms, front sway bar, steering rack, end links, struts, and hubs. front end is almost ready to go together. next day off is the rear end work
 
Today:
Was missing an exhaust manifold bolt so I thought I would heli-coil some of the stripped holes. Got everything off to find out the stud broke off in the head. Figure I will get it out another time. Heli-coiled 3 and and said "That'll do pig, that'll do."

Tomorrow:
Put in my new ACT warrantied pressure plate and flywheel, along with my new/used transmission. Due to....My car hating me.

Answerd that with an F**k it! I'll find out tomorrow.
Did a compression test today trying to figure out my low vac at idle and boost dropping down to 5psi on a stock set up. Compression test results indicate #4 cylinder has bad rings. Frustrating setting in but what did I expect, it's a DSM for crying out loud.

Thinking my t25 is bad and will soon be putting my 16g back on, once I pass my state ref ticket of course :)



Looks like your 180 degrees off. The dowels should be at the top not the bottom. Were your cam gears new or used?

I saw the dowels were supposed to be on top in the manual I guess when I took the engine apart I marked the stock cam gears when they were 180 out. Thanks.

Changed my fuel filter. It actually wasnt as bad of a job as I thought it was going to be.
 
I hit a coyote the other day and he broke my fog light and so I removed both of them. It looks terrible, but no fog lights are better than one good fog light and one broken fog light.
 
Hauled ass. Love hearing the turbo spin up and the BOV. And the smell of windshield washer fluid every now and then is awesome. Pulled the TC found only 3 bolts holding it on. After pulling oil pan to fix oil leak found that the motor has had a recent rebuild as there are hash marks still present on the cylinder walls.
 
used my walker and went out to the garage to look at my dsm and wondered how i survived the crash.
Then spent 30 minutes figuring out how i was gunna take it apart when i can finally walk
 
picked up all new intake and exhaust manifold studs and ordered my trigger plate and thermostat to head gasket since i forgot to grab one. motor is almost set to go back in
