I don't really have a manual for my car so I don't know what DOT brake fluid to add. Should I go with DOT 2,3,4,5?

do not use dot5, as it is a different type of fluid and not compatible with previous stuff.

Dot3, or 4 should be fine, as your clutch system really doesn't see the kind of temps braking does. You can use Dot 5.1 which is good stuff but very expensive, and un-necessary IMO.

I would use Dot 4 for brakes, or even Dot 5.1 especially if you whup on them pretty hard.

For the clutch I've never found it to be an issue.
