What all would I need to get the jeep throttle body to work?

okay I realise if you have to buy the 4.0l 90s throttle body you have to use your existing one and make one. That is no problem but I was wondering guys what else would I have to buy and what all tools would I need. Thanks dsm tuners community.

Is the jeep tb the for the nt, the equivalant of the 1gt tb on a 2gt?

I think so. what it does for us is increase the size from stock 46 or 49 mm (can't remember)upto 55 to 60 mm depanding on the year jeep. plus its sweet that it says 4.0L on it haha.

Don't you need to bore out your intake manifold plenum?

You would need to bore/port the intake manifold to accept 60mm's worth of air to really get the most out if the swap..

I would shave the 4.0l..Thats weird to me to have a 2.0 with 4.0 on the tb..

The stock opening is 55mm but as stated to get 60 to work ya would have to. Mine doesn't have the 4.0L on it just saw one that does. All it does is spark interest from people who look at small details.
