Like stataed in prev posts my.16g hasnt been giving my xar the gains i was hoping for, so i tpok my car.to.tthe.man.up here he pulled up a tcc solenoid code.from his scanner, we then took the tcu out and tested the conectors eveything chwcked out.he said i need.a tcu what do u all think, btw i.juss replaced my solenoids with universal ones.

Had to read that a couple times to actually understand it. Check your TPS connection, it can come loose and wont throw a code. TPS is important to the tcu and can make the transmission and engine act very erratically.

Its plugged in , this car has been laggy from day one i thought it was because the turbo went, btw wheres the tranny ground at anyone know?
his scanner picked up damper clucth control sylanoid then he scanned deeper and came up with #48 d control sylanoid which i guess points to the torque control sylanoid, my sylanoids are brand new, 2nd part of diagnostics said to replace tcu does this sound correct at all? will a gs-t tcu work on a gsx?
