So here is my problem, my car has 700 miles on it now, check my profile for mods, I ran 12 psi (min.) up until now, I turned up the boost to 15/16 psi. I took it out for a spin and after a good pull 2nd and 3rd, held right around 15 psi just fine, then when I slowed down and hit the throttle again, I noticed a whistle when it spooled from 4 to 8-10 psi, then it goes away when fully spooled, and instantly goes away when the BOV opens. It does it every time like clockwork, and also only at partial throttle. I took my BOV apart, the diaphram looks to be good. I'm also curious that when I blow into the outlet of the BOV, a litltle pair goes in and out of the little nipple on the BOV, is this normal? The whistle sounds like the BOV sound. I tried turning the boost back down to min and it still makes the same sound. My BOV is recirculated, could I be drawing air through that little nipple? Please help!!
Also, almost all parts are new, except BOV which has 70k+ miles on it, and I adjusted it 1 turn "harder" when I turned the boost up, FYI

through that nipple. Sorry for asking so many questions before a BLT, I just dont have the material to do it yet and I am overly paranoid. Any input is awesome though
