Bad BOV? Leaks during boost leak test

Anyway since i had the car on the lift. I had actually planned to get my axle changed then do the boost leak test and put in my new recarro seats that came from my e30 m3. But anyway axle still stuck so i did the test. I put a nice 2 inch rubber cap on the turbo and made a hole in it and put a valve stem. So i could pump air from the compressor into it. Wont hold any boost. It all comes pouring out the bov tube. So im guessing bov is junk? I got a 1g bov anyway on it!
 
You would be correct. You could try "crushing" it and seeing if that helps it hold boost.
