weird water line on 16g

ok i bought the 16g turbo from a guy on here and there is a line coming off of there that ends with an "o" shaped tip it has the hole and everything what is this for? if needed i'll load a picture.

i bet its a tap to run a hose. i would have to see it in a pic yo be sure though.
usually it gets tap for a boost controller or a gauge.

solved i'm dumb it was a fitting for a banjo bolt
