I'm in the process of doing my small 16g swap but the water lines that came with the oil line kit wont fit to the turbo itself?...I believe that the T25s water line may be big enough?......

so basically what i'm asking is will the T25 water line fit the 16G?

also can the t25s oil feed line swap right into the 16g as well.?

the oil/water lines that i got suck i was just wondering if i can use a t3/t4 oil feed and return kit like the Cb7s use it for the 14b that they install on their SOHC...?

You'll need a bigger banjo bolt to match the larger water line for the 16g. I think the oil lines are the same though

to answer the water lines question it's a yes and no answer Slowboy racing sells a "tweeker" 16G install kit which is for people who aren't afraid to bend their t25 water lines to make them fit

I'm not sure about the oil feed line. Generally people just buy an SS Braided line and call it a day.

The oil feed style is different, the 16G uses a banjo bolt style feed.

The T25 water lines fit. I used them, they fit just fine with a little careful bending.

The T25 oil return line will "work," but you need to slightly modify the way it bolts up. With this, I'd look for a 16G return to avoid complications.

Three replies different answers LOL

Ok well I just installed the return line came out perfect, the feed line that I received with my AJP 16g is missing a few fittings and I can tell this by looking at other peoples setup and notice the feed line has the dejon bolt like stated above, I ordered one off road racing so we'll continue to complete my car when it arrives, thanks guys
