OK a quick few questions.

I am doing a small 16g swap on my 99 gsx. The banjo bolts from the old t25 are not holding up to well on the new 16g, one has already broken. I tightened the water feed line really well with the banjo bolt but it has a HEAVY leak. Am I doing something wrong? Does one of the holes in the banjo bolt need to face the hole in the water line? Also, some people say you can run a 16g, with a turbo timer, and eliminate the water lines. What do people use to plug them up from the water pipe? I want to stay away from this if I can but if I cannot fix the leak then I will think about doing it.

Mitsubishi designed them to be ran with water cooling, so I run it with water cooling. I know people have successfully not used it in the past, it really cant hurt.

Are you using crush washers? You need 2 copper crush washers per banjo bolt. so you need a total of 4 x 14mm crush washers for the CHRA. I would buy new banjo bolts if you broke them. The new banjo bolts are going to be M14 x 1.5. http://www.extremepsi.com/store/product.php?productid=18421&cat=0&page=1

The tiny whole doesn't need to be facing any particular direction, if you notice the water line has a groove in it that allows the fluid to pass through with easy.
