weird sound when i press in clutch???

hey guys i got a 93 tsi awd i just replaced the oil pan gasket on it, i took it out for a ride to make sure it did not leak under load and it didnt thank god, but now everytime i press the clutch in it makes a weird noise almost like a whine or squeal hard to explain the noise, but anyway it only happens with the car on and the clutch pressed in. it never did this before. anyone have any ideas? thanks.

is it like a creeking noise? you have an aftermarket clutch? mine did that until i replaced the clutch master cylinder.

no its a stock clutch as far as i know. no its not really a creaking noise. but it literally just started to do it as soon as i replaced the oil pan gasket, did not do it before that. and its only when the cars on.

hmmm interesting. mine made a squeaking noise kinda like one of those little kid toys that you squeeze. i sprayed wd40 on the spring that connects to the clutch pedal. went away/suppressed it. but it obviously made the noise on and off.

yeah this car is pissing me off ive spent more time workin on it than driving it since i bought it.
