weird noise on start up and car shakes when it idles

I have a 92 Eclipse GS when i start it i hear a weird screech from the engine bay. I think it might be the alt. belt but not sure. Also the car kinda shakes when it is idlen. Help please:hmm:

yeah sounds like a belt. check the tension and condition of your serpentine belt.
