I am not sure at all what this problem could be, But, when i turn the wheel to the right hard, 75%-100% of the way, I get a weird metal on metal grind. It sound almost as if, for example, an actuator was not greased properly, and was being compressed and decompressed. I was thinking this could be something to do with power steering(which also seems a bit... off, not strong, hard to turn if not moving, stutters, has full new fluid, need new motor?).

Any help would be appreciated it, it only does this when i turn the wheel to the right, turning left is perfectly normal.

I had this problem and found it to be the lower balljoint. Check with a dealer to see if the recall has been performed on your car.

I will be doing this later today, I should go to a Mitsubishi dealership, correct?

No, check with as dealer that used to sell Eagles. Maybe a Chrysler, Jeep dealer.

finally got time and went and checked, that is the only recall on my car(or so he said) and has not been performed. Also, we both looked at it, and it's shot. Getting it done monday or tuesday, if i can find a ride....

sorry to bump, but it's pertaining to the same thing.

I got both my lower lateral arm packages put on at dealership, free. Drove it for 1 day, now i get the same thing again, whilst turning right, and now at higher RPMS my steering wheel vibrates more than before, What gives? anyone have any ideas, maybe i should take it back to the dealer, but i dont want to have to pay. since i'm broke

Yeah Im bumpin this again...Im having the same problem...If I take my car to a chrysler dealer ship, They should look at it right? Not say something about it being an Eagle?
