Ok guys so I am running e85 and i seem to keep hitting cuts at ~5-6k and have no idea what they are. I am attaching a datalog (coolnt temps are so high because it is 110* out today). Please let me know what you think I should do/change/look for.

I'd suggest making only adjustments either from the DA tables or the sliders. Making adjustments from both will just make it harder on you. I'd suggest zeroing out the sliders and sticking with the DA tables as they're a better choice.

Just by looking at the AFRatioEst value, it looks like you're running lean as anything during your pulls. Have you verified base fuel pressure, done a boost leak test, etc. to make sure the car is in good working order?

Do you know you have a DTC code that is thrown? If not, check out the DTC tab.

Were the MAF Comp sliders populated by using the MAFComp wizard?

The DTC code is for the front o2 sensor. Is your car idling well, or is it rough/choppy? If you take an idle log with the car at operating temperature, does the front o2 cycle from .05v to .95v? Do you know the last time the front o2 was replaced?

If it needs replaced (car runs rough, sensor doesn't cycle, don't know when it was last replaced), get a new one.

Then you can watch these videos to learn about setting up link, adjusting basic stuff, and setting fuel trims.

I have an o2 sensor on the way already. It needs to be replaced. I basically have figured out its one of three things. 1) dirty injectors 2) needs coil on plugs 3) boost leak

here is another log.

There is never a "need" for a COP (coil on plug). It is only more effective than a stock ignition system if used with a proper CDI (Dynatek, MSD DIS, etc.).

Do a boost leak test. That is an easy one to perform yourself and fix any issues.

And any tuning will wait until you get the new front o2 sensor installed as it will help the car run better.

Ok slight update. So when I turn the car on and the ignition is still relatively cool, I can do a 1st-2nd pull without any issues at all. So I don't believe it is a boost leak (will test ASAP). I know there isnt a great load in 1st or second, but when the car heats up more, I try a first and second gear pull and it starts cutting out right around 4800-5000rpm's. I replaced the spark plugs with NGK 6's and gapped them to .035. It helped a little but not much. I also tested my secondaries on my coil (engine was to hot to test the primaries without burning myself) and all 4 came up 16k OHMs. My friend also pulled a spark plug wire while the car was running and got shocked.. Could my wires just be deteriorating or?? I am stuck. Please post up any advice.

I tried gapping them at .018 and it didnt seem to run correctly, so i bumped it up to .035 and it helped a little. So I am going to get some NGK 7's today and gap to .018 and test the resistance of my wires. I will update shortly

Wire resistance starting from left to right, 8k ohms, 8k ohms, 5.5k ohms, 5k ohms. Got ngk 7 and 8's. Gapped 7's to .025 and 8's at .03. Will put them in after work.

Ok, so I installed the 8's and it pulls great in first gear. As soon as I hit second it starts having very little cutouts very frequently.. any suggestions? Re-gap the plugs lower or?? Thanks for the help in advance

Swapped in ngk's gapped at .025

Still experiencing issues. Here is my log. Looking a bit lean. Figured TiAl 10 psi spring should be fine on 450s. Have 1000s waiting to go in.

I'm having the same issue and have had it for a while. I can't figure it out, atleast I haven't yet. I've swapped cas, ptu, plugs, wires, fuel pump, and checked the fpr. I was driving it one time and got so fed up with it I just stayed in the throttle. All of the sudden it was only running on 2 cylinders. Found out it was a coil right away so I swapped my buddies coils in and it felt amazing again. I put some new coils in and it was great but only for a couple days. Anyone else that has had this issue please chime in. I've found a good amount of threads for this problem but no one has listed what they did to fix it.

Are you having issues only at WOT? Pretty much anything over 72% throttle position it wants to cut out. Otherwise at 10 psi it will be fine if you feather the pedal. I've heard suggestions of it being a bad maf.

Yea I haven't actually tried to do a low throttle Pull past 5k. It always happens at about 15 lbs. it can't be a maf because I'm running sd. I was wondering if it could be the map sensor but the datalog seems correct as far as what the map sensor is seeing.
