Wastegate Flapper Install

I have had a boost creep problem ever since i installed the 14b. I ported the turbo and o2 housing. I want to port the wastegate flapper hole but i need a new flapper then. Can anyone tell me where i can get a bigger flapper and how to install it. Thanks!

You can port the wastegate hole area a little larger than stock before you need a larger wastegate but if you want to port it a lot. Then you can buy a 34mm flapper from www.slowboyracing.com I did this a few years ago and it pretty much cured my creep, you can port that hole a lot larger after the install. The old one is really hard to get off though. I probably just didnt have the right tools. I went at it with a dremel for an hour or so and got it off. The new one is just put in the same spot then you have to hammer the top down a bit to make it larger. Then it won't be able to slide off but it should still be able to pivot a little to create a good seal against the new hole. good luck
