2G Washer Fluid Light Always Stays On.

I have a 2g 420a. My washer fluid is topped up on the front and rear. I tried disconnected the sensor but the only thing that did was turn off my washer fluid spray while leaving the light on.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I don't want to just remove the bulb

It's surely just the sensor. I can see it as being annoying tho

just prestone washer fluid bought at autozone

i already disconnected the sensor by the brake fluid and the light is still on

You should pull the sensor and make sure the float moves. Some washer fluid contains a chemical that gums them up and prevents it from moving with fluid level changes. I've probably replaced over 75 for that reason on many different cars when I worked for different dealers. I literally just cleaned my Mazda 6s for the same reason last week. Brake cleaner works.

Could also be a short in the harness.
