95 talon tsi awd, 5 speed.

theres about a half tank of gas in it.
the light will come on and stay on. i shut the car off and let it sit for a few minutes and its back on right away..

has anyone seen this happen? any indication of a bad pump or maybe bad filter?

it only comes on at half a tank? in that case i would think sending unit
