Theres alittle puff of blue smoke wen i start it, after the car warms up, and its idling theres no smoke but wen i accelerate theres some smoke, after i hit boost then come to a stop it smokes alot for about 1 minute

Sounds more like valve seals than rings, but that is just based on what I've experienced. I'd replace the valve seals and see what happens. Chances are they need to be changed either way, so if it solves your problem then you're all set. If not, then you still have to do the bottom end, but you wont have to worry about the valve seals in the future.

Is that a oil catch can in the second picture? If so it doesnt look like its hooked up. This may be your smoking problem. If its not hooked up, then hey easy fix. Or if it is hooked up, make sure its hooked up right.

The "wet" compression test should tell you. If the oil in the cylinder doesn't significantly increase compression (it will make it go up a little bit no matter what) then it is probably your valve seals.

Does the car make blue smoke while you're driving? Does it have a puff of blue smoke when first started up but then goes away for the most part?

Constant smoking is usually rings, smoke at startup is usually valve guides. This isn't necessarily the rule, but it is what I have experienced in the past.[/QUO
My car went up about 10 psi when I did the wet test. Is that mean that I have a bad ring?

Nick post your compression numbers and if you're that concerned do a CLT test.

A little bit of smoke can either be from a clogged/ improperly functioning PCV system, or turbo seals.

Get a new PCV valve and put it to stock form is the cheapest and most practical solution for you at this time.
Pull off the intercooler piping and see if you have a accumulation of oil in the piping. A little bit is ok, but you don't want this.
Another way to diagnose this is to remove the exhaust manifold, if the ports on the head are wet - then it's valve seals. If they're dry - inspect turbo seals.

Just wanted to throw this out there because it's a common misconception:
Black smoke = Fuel, running rich.
White smoke = Coolant, hopefully not a HG but 9 times out of 10 yes.
Bluish grey = Oil.

When I have some more money im going to change the valve seals first and see what happens, plus i think i need to do my timing belt soon.

I dont know if the catch can is hooked up right, theres one hose going to it
