want to upgrade from 20G to HX35

Ok, so I currently have all the mods to support my 20G turbo, but I want to go with the HX35. The current turbo I have is a CX racing 20G, now it have been a good turbo for about 8k now and pulls good but kind laggy so I have just started researching the Holset HX35 and that is the way I want to go? My questions is one how much psi can my stock head gasket and other parts handle? I know te HX35 puts out between 50-60lbs an hour which is way more than I am boosting now. I beleive I have all the supporting mods to accomodate the HX35 what do you guys think? Also is it worth it to get a bep housing to get 20psi at 3500rpm instead of the stock holset housing at 4000rpm?

Which housing you use not only depends on desired spool, but overall goals and budget. The BEP "bolt-on" housing is going to have fast spool and is typically easier/cheaper to install, but limits the overall potential airflow and power. A T3 setup (BEP .70, Holset 16cm, etc) is going to flow more and allow for more power, but requires more work/parts to install. The info is out there, you just need to determine your goals an budget.

As for supporting mods, they look pretty good. You should have more than enough fuel for an HX35 on pump gas. I don't see head studs though, which you will need. The 7-bolt stock bolts are weak. The stock head gasket can hold whatever your typical HX35 can put out so long as the tune is solid and the bolts/studs don't stretch.

An hx35 is not going to spool faster than a bolt on td05h 20g.
