walboro 255 install???

i brought my talon acouple weeks back and the kid gave me a walboro 255 fuel pump..i want to install this but all he gave me was the fuel pump>is that all i need to install it?can i use old parts to install it or no?anybody?

with a 255 you will run rich, i wouldn't bother with a 255 on stock fuel system unless you had a safc to lean it out some IMO

yea but he didnt give me the wire or anything with it.all i got is the fuel pump....my point is will it be a problem installing it??

Go to any one of the vendors and get a $20 install kit and your set. You will over run your stock Fpr and chances are your car will run worse not better! You would be better off waiting to you have a complete fuel system with some sort of tuner to install it correctly.

The pump should plug right up in place of the old pump. You will reuse all the original wires and such, but it is recommended that you upgrade the gauge of the wires (power/ground) for higher current flow.

With a 255lph pump, you'll need an AFPR to regulate your fuel pressure. An AFC won't help with fuel pressure regulator overrun.

Lol thats exactly the point I was making in post four but the OP seems to be hell bent to install it. New guys have to learn some how I guess .
