VRSF FMIC install, but, what is this and where should I move it?

I am installing a VRSF FMIC (amongst other things) and I am in the process of removing all the components that will get in my way for the install. I have reached a roadblock and usually DSMtuners Searches are my friend... but, in this case I don't actually know what this thing is and that makes searches harder.

I did find this link which had some pretty good pics, but, it just shows the area I am interested in with nothing there.

Here is where I am at:

The pipe for the FMIC interferes with a bracket and box located in the dashed red circle.

Pretty simple question. Sorry I could not find an answer on my own.

You must be registered for see attachments list
that's your charcoal canister. if your state doesn't do emissions test you can delete your whole evap system. otherwise, get the pipe to fit and maneuver things around it.
