Okay so here is my situation: I have a freshly rebuilt motor, a freshly rebuilt transmission, and a brand new clutch. The transmission and the clutch typically are babied for the first 500 miles or so, but the engine break in deals with a lot heavier loads and high RPMs to achieve proper ring seating. My question is: how do I go about breaking in all three of these without damaging anything?

Just don't do any launches or hard shifts. Going WOT after the clutch is completely engaged shouldn't be an issue. Same with the trans.

What clutch is this?

I was in this same position. I drove the car easy, stop and go, went through the rev range, changed the tranny fluid changed the engine oil(2x mineral oil 3rd time Amsoil synthetic at 1500 miles) then by 1500 miles gave her a full tune, upped the boost, and to this day clutch tranny and motor are good to go. I have a SBC clutch one of TMZ's top rated and most expensive ones.

PS I never ever launch my car anyway. It is a stage 4 tranny built by RRT motorsports!

That xtd pressure plate is a little more pressure than a act 2100. The reason their regular stage 4 holds power so well is because of the puck material. I've not seen very good results from any of their other products.

The engine needs to see plenty of load and vacuum within the first 10 miles.
