1G Valve stem seal replacement

I understand that to do a valve stem replacement the timing would need to be redone but I can’t find a clear guide how to do it.

Does anyone know a good mechanic around York, PA that can do the replacement along with timing belt replacement while I’m at it?

I would just look for a shop in your area and have them do it;. thats your best bet.
