I want to remove and clean my valves, got one valve removed but i can’t put it back since the spring is giving me difficulty, is there a way to install the keepers and the spring easily with a lisle 36200 valve keeper remover?

You'll need a valve spring compressor tool. I've used one like this and it worked well:
I have the other one, the one thats a cylinder it works removing them but putting them back in is a little difficult

If you have a spare valve spring washer, put it facing down on top of the retainer. It will push the spring down far enough for the center section of the tool to push the keepers in.
I don’t have but i tried using a standard washer to push it down and couldn’t seem to get it to work

Don’t know if theres some kind of way to soften the spring so that I can push it down easily

Technically you are missing a tool. The valve keeper remover is only to save the time when you remove the keeper instead of using a spring compressor. When instal, anyways you have to have some sort of valve spring compressor at least.
I assume the cylinder head is off since you say you want to clean the valves. If so, just buy a cheap valve spring compressor at a local store, the one like the pic below. You can probably buy one for $20 or so.
The EuroExport valve spring compressor or the same kind is for without removing the cylinder head but you would need some way to hold the valves from inside combustion chamber side. Like the compressed air or rope through spark plug hole.

The issue with that tool is the outer edge isn't tall enough to compress/push the spring in far enough. It's almost like trying to push the keepers in on an uncompressed spring. Try stacking 2-3+ washers. It shouldn't be super difficult to compress stock valve springs enough to get the keepers in. I suppose you can hit the end of the tool with a hammer, but I'd be worried about it slipping off the retainer because of the washers on top.

Yeah I was able to put them back with the washer method with a little bit of effort, thanks man 👊🏽
