20 is good for stock cams. I was holding 21-22 on stock cams.. on my 264/272 combo i was as low as 10'ish and have now degreed them and gotten back to exactly 20, so a lot of it depends on if the cams have been degreed or moved (or if the timing belt instlall left you with one gea off a tooth)
 
I get about 18ish....but I have a leak in my brake booster when I press in on the brake so... it varies. ;P
