I have a '93 TSi that has the fuel pressure control solenoid valve, purge control solenoid valve, and the wastegate control solenoid valve removed. There are 4 nipples on top of the throttle body that are all capped off. The car is running rich, because it blows black smoke. Also, the idle surges. Could that be because of the rich condition I am having? When I turn the AC on and right when I start it, the idle will be normal. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to do?

maybe someone can help me with understanding a little bit of the picture...

its mostly on the manifold what i dont get. is it the two nipples along the top of it that u tap in for the boost gauge(if it is then mine might be in the wrong spot..) Where is line B going to and coming from...plz i just can't interpet the picture very well..

edit: the taboo speed shop pic is what im talking about...

As long as it's tapped into a vacuum line coming out of the intake mani, then it's fine. You don't have to put it where they show.
