I had my mbc inlet tapped into my bov line and the outlet into the wastegate with the compressor vac nipple plugged for about two months. After reading a thread about how its better to leave the bov line alone and use the mbc inlet from the comp housing I thought i would try it. Now everything seems the same, but the sound of my bov(stock 2g recirculated) has completely changed, everything is put together correctly, no clue what could cause this change?

You should not have a boost controller in your car without upgrading the bov. The stock one is cheap plastiic, and leaks at 9 psi. Perhaps its just breaking more and not sealing. Either way, raising the boost with the stock bov on there still is insane, you should upgrade that bov right away, a turbo xs one with the 2g flange will drop right in, and you can recirculate it.
