I just got done with a new build, and I got my cruise and idle fuel trims tuned pretty decent.

I did a quick 3rd gear pull at ~12psi and I noticed my AFR's are in the 13's. So kept adding fuel on the fuel sliders until my AFR was in the mid low 11's range.

Here are a few mods that will help:

bosch 044
1150cc injectors
-8an lines
3" uicp
q45tb
base fuel pressure 37psi
GM alternator, 14.0v at idle
bw s366 t4

I will post the log in a few minutes.

It appears that I can't take my log from the dsm link forums and post it on here.

Basically, my global is -61.3, or -60.9 and my dead time is 570. Should I be adjusting my global? Will changing my global from say -61 to -55 pull my AFR down? Won't I have to redo all my idle adjustments, or will it not affect idle and cruise at all......?

Are'nt 11s kind of rich, I'm new to tuning.

Not under WOT (wide open throttle)

OP your global is currently correct if your fuel pressure is 43.5, the fuel pressure the injectors were rated at. I would change it to 43.5, and yes you'll have to re-tune idle and cruise.

Even so that doesn't explain why you have to add 25% :hmm:

Then I suppose the fuel pressure is the culprit. Its currently set at 37psi, which is stock. I could either adjust the global, or raise the fuel pressure. What do you think? Changing my idle tune isnt a big deal, thats easy. I'm switching over to SD as soon as I can get things to act accordingly.

Not sure if you realize it, but you still have your open loop threshold settings pretty high. I dunno if that makes a difference with WOT tuning at all. I"m pretty new at it as well.

I cant review the log at work because its on my other laptop. I logged closed loop, does it switch from 1 to 0 during the pull? or vise versa, I forget. I set it up to switch over after 65% throttle.
