v3 Fuel Help?!?!

Ok, I got v3 the other day and I am still kinda confused on how to work it. Im looking to change my fuel trims because I am running way to rich at WOT, about 8.5. My idle is ok at around 14.2. Where do I go to change this set up. I see a page with dots on a graph chart that I can move and there is also a page with a chart with alot of numbers that I can change.

How do I go about changing these numbers/ charts so I will be able to run more lean? Do I just guess and move the dots around or is there something that I need to do???
