So after all my cars issues it died today but did start back up. How ever let me start from the beginning.

#1 went to start the car after it sat for my work shift 10 hours and it turned over then spun like a belt came lose. So i let off the ignition waited a minute then tried again and it started right up.

#2 Stop at the gas station on the way home for smokes pulled in and the car died so i went inside bought smokes came back out and started the car. It slipped again repeated #1 and it started but this time it idled around 200 rpm and stayed barely alive with A/F around 17 and my Vacuum at a floppy 5 inHG.

#3 Drove it home but on the way home at 30MPH the car had some gnarly misses with A/F of 15.9 and vacuum of 5-7 steady. Every time i came to a stop sign and went to neutral my oil pressure would begin to descend ever so slowly.

#4 got it home parked it and let it idle for a minute and it idled around 1000 inHG was 7-9 and oil pressure was beginning to drop again very slowly below the middle line. So i turned the car off and here i am.

Just started talking to the guys over at DSM Graveyard. Look at a possible meet on parts since i need my bottom all juicy up

Im not sure what to tell you about the starting issue. Perhaps the starter solenoid disengaging from the flywheel?? But the other issue sounds like a pretty good boost leak. Does vacuum increase when you press the accelerator? Say rev the car at 1500 or 2k for a few seconds.. What happens? If you hold it steady does it still misfire? I ask because my 1g had a bad leak recently and did as you are describing, misfired at speeds and wanted to die and idled like junk. Turns out bad intake gasket.

Definitely do a boost leak test, and just look around for the obvious IE vacuum lines off or cracked, IC couplers loose.

I just had the same issue with my starter. I replaced it, and the problem went away. More than likely it's a bad solenoid.
