Urgent Help!!!

I know you all have heard this a thousand times and i don't want to post it again but I need help! I have a thousand miles on a rebuilt motor, its been fine for those thousand and then I let the car sit for an hour before i go out and it now wont start. I had a problem with the power transistor (the way it plugged in was determining if it would run), but I did a test and it is working fine so I don't know why it wont start and I'm so upset with this car I just really could use some help! So if u live in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and could help pm me please!!!!

hows the CAPS in the ECU ? (smell it)

the ecu is fine i pulled it out and it looks perfect inside so i dunno

I assume the starter/engine is cranking so check the following:
- Timing belt is still intact?
- MPI fuse is ok?
- Getting spark (pull plugs to verify)?
- Getting fuel (check plugs for gas)?

Sorry i guess i should have been a Lil more in depth with it. I'm not getting any spark thats the problem. it just confuses me that it ran fine then sat for an hour may-b and then wouldn't start. everything like the belt, fuse is ok thats why I'm so confused.

did you try a diffrent coil pack?

no i haven't because i haven't had time to get one but i checked it and it works. I checked the cam position sensor and it wasn't showing any signs of any volts thats why I'm stumped i dunno where to go from there.
