upgrading brakes on a 97 eclipse gs

The VR-4's will fit, providing that you buy new brake lines, because of the fittings on the end, one is a banjo fiting,a the others are different. If your smart you'll buy new brake lines anyways.

Steel braided brake lines
2 pistion calipers
cross/slotted GSX rotors
Shims (not needed though)

no no thats the SL's brakes. the VR-4 has 4 piston calipers and will not fit stock wheels, and you need at least 17's to fit them in there, plus theres more fabrication involved. just go with GSX brakes

yes the SL and the GSX are both 2 piston
