Upgrades for reliable 300hp daily driver?

Hey. I have a basically stock fwd 1990 tsi 6 bolt in a 1994 n/t body and I want to get more, reliable, horsepower for my daily driver. I have a 3 inch turbo back w/ cat delete and am currently running 17 psi on the 14b. Horsepower goals are around 300 whp. What would be some suggested upgrades and in what order would you do them?

The easiest way to figure out what you need/want is to set a power goal which you have unless you plan on going bigger later and then set a budget for the build. That will determine what you can afford to get you where you want be.
