i have a 2g talon tsi awd with the t25 turbo i wanna know what i need to upgrade to the evo 16G turbo.
 
You should also upgrade you fuel system if your going to run more than the 10 psi from internal gate. Then if you decide to do fuel you will need to tune aswell.

Edit: You dont have any mods listed in your profile so I cant tell if you have anything done or not as of now. If not you need alot more than a 16g.
 
if your planning on upgrading to a evoIII 16g your going to want to get a new fuel pump with rewire kit. going to need to get a f.p.r. w/press gauge. some bigger injectors i've heard 550 will work but at there max.. might want to get something bigger like 680's as well as an afc. probaly going to want to get a fmic.a boost controler if you dont already have one.. i suppose the turbo would work without upgrading the fuel system but why would you spend all that money on the turbo if you can only run like 10psi. in my opnion i would start be getting all the supporting mods first then do the turbo. that way you can get some real results out of the new turbo.

i have the evoIII 16g on my laser, upgrades are meth injection, 190 pump, colder plugs, and safc. the safc is getting replaced with dsmlink and the injectors are getting replaced as well. with my lightly modded fuel system im only able to pull 14psi before hitting fuel cut as of now.
 
with the evo 3 16g list
if you're planning on small tune i'd say go with the mod here/ evo 3 16g, safc neo, 550 cc to 650cc(no lower or higher b/c safc will not be able to handle),190 lph walbro pump (with this you don't have to deal with AFPR),or 255lph hp with AFPR,<--- better if future tune though,turbo back,BOV,FMIC. this will get you to 250 whp-300whp easily enough including cam gears.
or you can go a bigger setup with dsmlink witch it will fully tune your dsm without any headach besides the safc neo, along with this setup you'll need to get the biggest inj. size you can along with 255 lph hp walbro pump rewired, AFPR,turbo back, BOV,FMIC and cams, that this will get you a better tune to you dsm and better whp power and torque. remember with dsmlink, you'll have to locate yourself a 95 dsm eprom ecu inorder to go with dsmlink.
all this including MBC/EBC and all gauge that are need such as boost-oi pressure -aem wideband uego-and a logger. in this case you woudn't go near blowing up your motor.
delete the logger if you're planning to go with dsmlink.
 
i got bad news, like 6 deer ran out infront of me and totally destroyed my spyder. im now on the look out for a 1g.
