Im hoping to get my turbo back from the welding shop today. That and not being tuned has made it to where I can not drive my car. My question is What Settings in Ecmlink v3 do I have to make sure are set correct to be able to safely drive my car and not have to worry about melting anything or detonating my engine? My mods are in my profile. Any suggestions are appreciated.

P.s I do have an Aem wideband gauge

All that needs to be set is your fuel global % and deadtime numbers.

You will also want to disable (uncheck) the random misfire box in the DTC tab. And check the "use non-95/96 CAS" box in the Misc tab.

It's not necessary, but you should also log your AEM wideband. You'll have to make sure the sensor is input to an ECU wire and correctly map it on the ECU Input tab. You may have to play around with it a bit to make sure it matches your gauge as the AEM's don't play nice with ECMlink.

Thanks for the info bro really appreciated.. So setting the global and deadtime will make it safe to drive my car normally untill I get my tune done?

Yes. Since ECMlink still uses the factory airflow, timing, and fuel tables, it will drive like it did before.
Ok that's good news:thumb: Today I am going to fire it up for the first time in almost 3 months.. I hope all goes well and I hope it will start without any problems.. I have been working on this "Project" car since I bought it and when I bought it I was under the impression That this car was good and not a project:notgood:
