Alright, I know to raise my car.
Remove the wheel.
Remove the plastic.
That way I see my balancer/pulley. There is four small bolts an the one huge one on the pulley.
Is there a picture or video that can help me diagnose and/or repair this. When I tackle this, what do I need to know? Any tricks? How long should it take done right? Any parts besides the balancer? I have a 4g64 and I'm convinced it's crankwalk but it very well can be this issue I hear

first double check that is the problem. you still haven't actually gotten in there to look at the pulley.

Ya true, just futuristly hoping though, 80-130$ later and that may be it? I heard if hb goes, the timing belt can to( if that happened my car wouldn't of started though eh?)

Yes it can rub into the timing belt cover from wobbling which can cause damage to the timing belt and in extreme cases I have seen the belt come off and get sucked into the timing cover which throws the belt off then your really in trouble. And to answer your question if the timing belt came of then yes your car would not start. I would remove the belts from the pulley which looks like the tension is off at least on the alt belt and remove the four bolts and pulley the dampner off. All you have to do is remove the wheel then the plastic splash guard and your right there. Take the bolts off one at a time and if you cant get to the top ones because of the wheel well then Take a half inch ratchet and insert it into the crankbolt and turn the engine over till you can get to them. And always turn the engine clockwise not counterclockwise. Hope that helped.

The clockwise part I never knew, that's good to know in the future. But I won't need to spin it, I can tell all four are in range.

Should I still drain my oil and check for shavings? Or should I only do that if I have crank play?

That looks like that pulley is trash. Not the best picture but the ribbed part of the pulley should match up with the rest of the pulleys. You will see what everyone is talking about when you pulley that pulley of and it falls apart in your hands.

I'm honestly glad that's what's going to happen. Lol ya I took that pic the day it happened three weeks ago. I'm just waiting for my gf to go out with her friends today so I cam head over to my "future" garage. (that's getting a rebuild buy my too)
