Turn Turn Pop Turn Turn

So I replaced my clutch. No prob. I hollowed out my cat. And removed my a/c. I turn the key and the car turns over a few times and then fires just a lil making a pop sound in the cat but then just keeps turning and wont fire. someone told me when I jacked the car up to do the clutch i might have tripped the fuel pump relay off. Also i want to know if the downflow 02 sensor would stop the car from starting. I need to get my car running so any and every idea is helpful Thanx

Go back over all of your wiring and make sure everything is hooked up. Make sure the plug is secure on the power transistor.
