Turn wheel...POP

I still have the stock wheels/unlowered. But I hear a pop in extremely humid/wet weather only when I turn the steering wheel, typically when the wheels are moving. It's comming from the passenger front wheel. The suspension doesn't bounce. Could it be the CV joint? It's been a problem for over a year now, but I only really notice it in the winter or rainy season.

Correction, it's comming from both sides.

It could be the CV jonit because mitsubishi had a recall because of water and/or oil leaking into the boot.
