I have a 1g 1991 N/T Eagle Talon, does any know and have clear picture location of where the turn signal relay is located? Any help would be appreciated.

The “turn signal relay” is the turn signal and flasher control unit, part number MB302373, a 3-pin relay.

It’s located above the junction block in the driver side kick panel, #3 in the below diagram.

I had to replace mine because it would blink faster when cold (yes, it gets cold here in Wyoming), to the point it would just sort of "stick" on when the temps were sub-zero. The new replacement is unaffected by temp.
Pretty easy fix as DSMs go.

A "timer" flasher would work the same in hot or cold also, as they have a set flash. We use them when we do LED light conversions on vehicles.

Is it visible without removing a bunch of other things? Easy to remove and replace?

Its up under the dash on the drivers side C32 You might need to contort a bit, but not that bad.

Can I get access to this manual or is it something personal that you have?

I've been trying to look up under the dash, there's not much space under there. The wiring harness plus the fuse box takes up much of the space. I didn't see any other box boxes that resembled the relay. But I will take another look. Probably wasn't looking up high enough.
