well i removed my distributor from my 1.8 eclipse. 1993 and i turned it while it was off and i got the plug wires all mixed up.. can any one tell me how to set it up back to normal ? like where does the number one plug wire go on the dizzy? and how do i put the dizzy back on the motor so it will fire rigght? i know to set #1 piston to TDC but once i do that where do i point the rotor so it will be right? there is like ten diff ways it can sit>?? if anyone has a pic of thier distributor and can show me which plug is number one on the cap i would really be grateful cause right now the car is stuck sittin there. the firing order on the cap is 1342 correct? or 1324? thanks.. like i say i guess for me to put the dizzy back in right i first must knw where number one plug goes to ?

The firing order is 1-3-4-2 on all Mitsu engined DSMs, not sure about the 420a however.
When looking at the cap, 4 is at 12 o'clock, 2 at 3 o'clock, 1 at 6 o'clock, 3 at 8 o'clock, per the FSM.
Also since you removed the cap, turn the crankshaft so the cylinder #1 is at top dead center, then align the dist housing and gear mark.
I don't have 1st hand experience w/ the 1.8 this is just what I have read about the ignition system.
Hope that helps, and BTW, use more "English" in your posts, it helps people understand you.
