93 1.8 help head gasket and stuff

I cant really find anything 1.8 on google or here, i am working on a 93 1.8 the guy had drove the car while it overheated until it stopped running well the rad had blew apart, so with no coolant in the system the car will run fine with a little missfire but when i put the new rad in and filled the coolant system it wont fire. so i pull the plugs and they are soaked in coolant and when you crank it over coolant shoots out the plug holes and also it seems like it has pressure in the system cause it pisses out the rad cap.

could this be a head gasket or more, i need some links to some 4g37 stuff like timing marks torque specs and maybe how to do this the simple way.

for some reason my internet wont load those pages, can anyone just tell me the head bolt torque and were the timing marks are.
